hair: Color No.1 (white)
skin: Color No.2
wings, tail: Color No.6
swirly lines on costume: Color No.5 (Create new layer atop of your original lines layer. Right-click that new layer and choose "Create Clipping Mask". Erase the color over the other lines and leave just once over the swirly lines.)
the rest: choose colors from palette! You may re-use the colors I've already mentioned on her.
I'm thinking of buying for No.3, too, but i still don't have a palette for that.
